Managing your Blay account is simple and straightforward. This section covers how to access and update your account settings.
Accessing Account Settings
To access your account settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
Profile Information
In the Account Settings page, you can update various aspects of your profile:
- Profile Picture:
- Click on the profile picture area to upload a new image
- Requirements: Minimum 200x200 pixels, PNG or JPG format
- Your profile picture appears on your dashboard and shared projects
- Personal Information:
- Nickname: The name displayed on your profile
- Company: Your organization name
- Job Title: Your position within the organization
- Email: Your account email address (used for notifications and login)
- Password Management:
- Click "Change Password" to update your account password
- You'll need to enter your current password for verification
- Choose a strong, unique password for security
Account Actions
At the bottom of the Account Settings page, you'll find additional account management options:
- Logout:
- Signs you out of your current session
- You'll need to log back in with your credentials to access your account
- Delete Account:
- Permanently removes your account and associated data
- This action cannot be undone
- You may be asked to confirm this action by entering your password
Remember to save any changes you make to your account settings before navigating away from the page.
